ᐅ MIPA or Caperol interior paint?

Which paint did you use for the interior of your house? Would you recommend the silicate paint from MIPA or from Caparol? Any recommendations or tips?

I only know Caparol, and we will use it again for our new build. We are planning the tinted primer plus Indeko Plus.
