ᐅ Metalworker: is that good workmanship?

Hello everyone

Sorry, I’m not sure if this is the right topic area, but I couldn’t find a more suitable section.

We are in the final stages of our building project. The prominently visible stair railing was just installed. Somehow, I’m not happy with the appearance; the weld seams don’t look very neat. What do you think? Am I being too picky? Or is this normal/good workmanship? What would you do?
