ᐅ Metal frame for Ikea Faktum kitchen system

Hello everyone,

I didn’t pay close enough attention and ordered the wrong base cabinet. I have now chosen the drawer cabinet with wooden joints at the top and want to install a gas cooktop on it. When I wanted to install NYTTIG, I realized that I have the wrong cabinet. I need the one with a metal crossbeam. Does anyone know if I can order just the crossbeam separately? What is the item number? Does anyone have one to spare or any idea how I can quickly get one?

Hello,
you can try ordering it through customer service. Sometimes there are part numbers listed because the cabinet is available in 60 cm (24 inches) and 80 cm (31 inches) widths. If the parts cannot be ordered, you should be able to return the cabinet. Take the printed page with the part numbers and clarify this at the furniture store.
