ᐅ Mattress PS Håvet

Hello, and I already have my first question!

Last Thursday (December 3, 2009), I bought the guest bed PS Håvet. The mattress was rolled up and packed in plastic foil. Great for transport! But it won’t expand 🙁 The description says it will reach its full size after 24 hours 😕 but nothing so far. We have guests coming soon who are supposed to sleep on it.

Any tips? How can I get the mattress to 10 cm (4 inches) thickness??

No, there is no way. But usually, the mattress should fully expand within 4 weeks.

You can also sleep on it before it is completely expanded. If after 4 weeks the mattress still doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it and get a new one.

P.S.: Try blow-drying it.... 😀 😀 😀

Then head straight to the friendly IKEA store around the corner. Replace them just to be safe. Explain your issue, and I believe IKEA will agree with your point of view.
