despite extensive online research, we have not yet found what we are looking for.
We are seeking a precast solid house manufacturer covering the following construction method:
Wall: brick, aerated concrete, or similar solid building material + external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with mineral wool or wood fiber board (NO polystyrene or EPS)
Roof: insulation with mineral wool or preferably wood fiber board.
We would be very grateful for any recommendations.

Construction Method
Solid construction – traditional brick-by-brick.
Standard double-shell construction: outer masonry, insulation, air gap, and facing brickwork. Alternatively, a plaster facade is available, including a three-layer climate protection wall.

The exterior walls are made from aerated perforated bricks with insulation boards finished with a silicone-based fine texture plaster, water-repellent, white color, pigmented throughout. Our high-quality silicone-based plaster is more durable, colorfast, and dirt-repellent compared to silicate plasters.
Exterior plaster textures and colors, window reveals, decorative plaster elements, and trim for visual enhancement of your house can be selected according to the sample collection and agreed upon separately.
The total wall thickness is approximately 36 cm (14 inches) and consists of:
– Interior plaster
– Aerated perforated brick
– Rigid foam insulation boards
– White silicone-based fine texture plaster
Alternatively, monolithic construction is also available upon request.
