My partner and I are planning to build a solid construction house with about 160m² (1,722 sq ft) plus a basement, as a turnkey project, next year.
We already own the building plot, and we have a budget of approximately €250,000 available.
Now we are looking for a good (really good ;-) ) architect or home builder.
So far, based on reports, the company Artos in Bonn has stood out positively to us.
Do you have any other recommendations?

The company made a very positive impression on us, and after several conversations and seeing some completed ARTOS houses, it was clear that we wanted to build with them.
The price-performance ratio was simply right.
No expensive show home parks, which of course would have been reflected in the house price – everything was managed directly through ARTOS in Bonn and their headquarters in Koblenz.
A solidly built urban villa. Everything went smoothly. Even after more than a year living in the new house, apart from one leaking gutter, there have been no construction defects.
From the beginning, we received excellent advice from Artos Haus. Two architects from the ARTOS headquarters in Koblenz translated our house wishes into draft plans floor by floor. With the third draft, the layout was perfect.
During the construction phase, the site management was always accessible to us.
