Evelyn!
Hello, my construction project experienced significant delays of over a year due to the architect and city authorities. Now, the originally chosen construction company has raised prices considerably, even though the house became smaller after a redesign.
Therefore, I would like to request comparative bids based on the existing plans, which have already been approved.
It will be a solid (masonry) house with 2.5 stories and a separate apartment. It should meet KfW55 or better KfW40plus standards, as a photovoltaic system is mandatory in my case. The construction method should avoid the use of additional exterior insulation made of polystyrene.
Can anyone recommend a company? I contacted many companies some time ago, but only a small fraction responded, and an even smaller number eventually provided an offer.
Can anyone recommend a company building in Waiblingen?
I would appreciate any tips.

So, I originally planned to build with WuM from Schornbach. I was generally satisfied with everything, but the significant price increase after the delay seems a bit too high to me.
Currently, I have requested quotes again from BAUCO Massivhaus, Erhard Klopfer Construction Company, and VIVA MASSIVHAUS.
I excluded:

As you can see, I tried hard, but many never sent an offer and others were much more expensive than discussed during the talks, where it was still assumed the budget was totally fine.

I excluded:
- Denkinger (too expensive)
- Härer GmbH (Opta Massivhaus) (too expensive)
- Schneider Bau (KfW55 only with bricks over 36.5cm (14 inches))
- Schuckhardt Massiv-Haus (claims nobody can install RC2 windows and advised me to buy an alarm system..)
- Böpple Bau (Master Builder House) (too expensive)
- Büttner Massivhaus (too expensive)
- Ehing Wohnbau GmbH (no offer)
- FERMO (too expensive)
- GENO Housing Cooperative (advisor had no idea)
- GM-Massivhaus
- House of Craftsmen (contracts with every single craftsman, so it would be easier to contract individually)
- Hebel Haus (MHS Massivhaus-South) (different advisors who were either sick or told me strange things about each other, and all claimed to be the boss!?)
- Helma (does not build in WN)
- Holicki (gave an offer but then were overloaded and didn’t want/could not proceed)
- Kastell Massivhaus (never completed planning after first meeting)
- Keilhofer (too expensive)
- Krämer (too expensive)
- Ludwig-Immobilien (too expensive)
- Müller Plan Bau (do not build in WN)
- öko-domo (no longer exists, and at the first meeting I was supposed to sign a contract without any planning or scope of work)
- p.b.s. Wohnbau (already fully booked)
- Pfeil Construction Company (too expensive)
- Opta Massivhaus (Pfeiffer GmbH) (after the first two meetings, no further documents came)
- Primus Massivhaus (no longer exists)
- Räuchle GmbH (no offer)
- RM Massivhaus
- Speidel GmbH
- Staufen-Massivhaus (too expensive and cannot lower the ground floor due to higher knee wall)
- Trendplan Haus (too expensive and no longer exists)
- U-Haus Nürtingen (do not build in WN)
- Weberhaus (wanted a planning contract after first talks but never sent the documents, and the planning contract at 12,000–15,000€ was quite expensive)
- Wochner Massivhaus (too expensive)

You could contact Werthaus from HNThanks, do they also build "regular" gable roof houses? Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to build anything in the Bauhaus style where I am.Evelyn! schrieb:
