Sinus198613 Sep 2016 19:14Hello dear forum community,
I have already searched thoroughly but haven’t found any real results.
We are currently planning our single-family home (about 190 m² (2045 sq ft)).
At the moment, we are also looking into the future type of heating system.
We have now been advised to take a closer look at “trench collectors.”
Although I find a lot of theory online, I cannot find any manufacturers.
Can you please name some manufacturers who offer this?
Feel free to link to this post as well.
Looking forward to your answers.
Best regards,
André

Hello,
The trench collector is discussed in detail in the pink forum. There are also tools and tables available for this.
This type of collector is designed for self-planning and construction.
I did it this way myself, and it definitely requires time, a plan, and helpers.

Sinus198615 Sep 2016 16:05Thank you for the response. However, I don’t really have the time for that. Also, my site manager wants a certain guarantee for the installation. So it will probably come down to an air-to-water heat pump.

Sinus198615 Sep 2016 19:57So our plot has a total size of about 800 square meters (8600 square feet). Without the house, we are left with an available area of 400–500 square meters (4300–5400 square feet).
Would that still be sufficient? How does it look in terms of efficiency?

Search the internet for system collectors.
This supplier can also handle the entire installation for you if desired.
These collectors are designed either for a V-trench or slot trench and require less space and excavation compared to slinky ring trench collectors, which you have to plan and install entirely on your own. (See pink forum)
However, the offered collector will cost about 3,000–5,000 € more than if you install it yourself.
