ᐅ Manufacturers and Suppliers of Controlled Residential Ventilation Systems with Earth-to-Air Heat Exchanger (EWT) in Hesse

Hello building experts,

We have decided to build with Town & Country. In addition to the air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating, we opted for a proper central ventilation system for our 160m² (1,722 sq ft) townhouse.

Since we want to save energy during both cold winters and hot summers, we are interested in a controlled residential ventilation system with a ground heat exchanger. Unfortunately, Town & Country does not offer this with Rotex.

I would like to get some advice on whether a ground air well would be feasible for us (considering soil conditions and groundwater) or if it would be better to install a buried pipe.

I would also appreciate a cost overview and information on which manufacturers offer this type of system.
