I have a concern. The underground pipes were installed incorrectly; unfortunately, they do not end up in the utility room but in the kitchen. The problem is that the foundation slab has already been poured. What would be a proper professional way to remedy this defect?

Which expert do you mean? Are you saying they will hire an expert?
You apparently have little knowledge of DIN standards. In this case, DIN 1986 applies.

YOUR expert! Otherwise, you will be completely dismissed. We have already built, and as an engineer, I am familiar with several DIN standards...

If you are pushing this hard already, you won’t have much fun. Better get yourself an expert before things escalate in the end.
Throwing around DIN standards is useless if you don’t have the standards yourself... and you definitely don’t have DIN 1986 on hand...

I have access to the DIN standards, professionally required. An expert assessor or building surveyor has been commissioned.

On Thursday, I have an appointment with a building surveyor.
