ᐅ Main entrance door (PVC) does not latch properly, door latch mechanism.

I also noticed this issue.
If you let the main entrance door made of plastic close without applying much force (just by itself), it doesn’t latch properly. You can simply push it open afterward. If you want it to fully close and lock, you have to slam it shut with considerable force. Of course, this can be heard—especially by me, since my bedroom is directly above it...
I immediately reported this to the property management (and previously to the builder during handover). They say it should improve over time...
Unfortunately, I don’t believe that.

It was the same for us – the window installer came and made some adjustments, oiled it, and slightly repositioned the recess where the middle part locks in (I’m at a loss for words here). Now it slides into the lock smoothly and closes properly. He said that often this middle part is set too tightly.
