Hello everyone, I am looking for an air-to-water heat pump with around 12 kW heating capacity that is also eligible for funding. I am confused about the LWDV 91-1/3 HDV 12 and HSDV 12 models from Alpha Innotec. Do they actually have a 12 kW heating capacity or not? They are basically the same as Novelan, and there is no clear information there either.
Are there any professionals in the forum who are familiar with this?

Additionally, the subsidy for the hot water storage tank is only 500€. It is a checkbox on the Bafa application called the "Efficiency Bonus." If the hot water storage tank is not efficient enough, there is still the basic subsidy of 4000€ for the water heat pump! Your heating engineer really has some shortcomings here!!!!

it obviously needs to be compatible with the heat pump. He is not sure if it performs as well as the poorly insulated tank.
About the insulation:
it is basically a wooden house with 42cm (16.5 inches) walls (cellulose and wood fiberboard) and a ground slab with 18cm (7 inches) of insulation. Everything else is basically standard.
About the heating installer: I have no idea based on what criteria the calculations are made. I actually need to look for alternatives and I’m a layperson. Other heating specialists don’t even get back to me. Maybe I’m overcomplicating things.
If anyone knows a good and honest heating or plumbing professional in my area, please send me a private message.

The storage capacity of 200 liters (53 gallons) of water compared to the storage capacity of the screed in such a large house is negligible.
If there’s no truly rational reason for the storage tank, just remove it!

This all calls for outsourcing the calculations or doing them yourself.
