Hello.

Is there a bathtub faucet suitable for a small guest bathroom that can be installed through a hole from below, with a diverter after the single-lever mixer?
Because if such a faucet does not exist, the only option would be a “sink splitter” from Ali etc.
This is attached to the outlet of a faucet (instead of an aerator, which is then installed at the bottom).

For a low-pressure faucet with a small instantaneous water heater (mini DLE) underneath, there seems to be no other solution than such a “bathtub faucet” to have a shower hose.
A diverter installed below probably doesn’t work because, with low pressure systems, you usually cannot just branch off at the outlet of the water heater, since the faucet needs to be on top for the water to flow properly.

Thank you.
