Hello friends,
I’m about to lose it. My drain hose tore and partially flooded my kitchen. Okay, it can happen and it's not too bad.
So I took everything apart, removed the hose, and thought I’d find the right replacement online since I have the PNC number, model name, and the information that it’s supposedly an Electrolux device... Great, I thought...
=> Nothing! Nothing! Nothing to be found!
Where can I find a drain hose for the RENLIG DTWI60?
By the way, it’s obvious that IKEA partners with the original manufacturer, but why are there no links to spare parts?
Please help, washing by hand is a nightmare...
Regards,
Andy

IKEA-Experte5 Dec 2012 20:19If it’s not available online, just try calling Electrolux.
Thank you very much,
but I have already tried that as well. Still, I couldn’t find anything with my PNC number 911989301/03. I have already sent them an email and will also give them a call. I was hoping someone might know a spare parts online shop that is properly oriented towards the needs of IKEA customers. I find it quite surprising that Electrolux sells thousands of units through IKEA but provides no support.
Anyone who has a Renlig device should also be able to find this name somewhere with the manufacturer...
So, thanks for the quick response.

Nayla_10685 Dec 2012 21:47Hi,
call the manufacturer, provide them with the appliance number and the date you purchased the dishwasher. If it is still under warranty, a service company will contact you shortly to arrange a repair appointment. If the warranty has expired, the hotline will tell you the cost of the hose and send it to you immediately.
All information about support and how customers can identify the manufacturer is included in the dishwasher’s manual. Ikea also communicates this in the assembly instructions, and every kitchen staff member can provide you with details or, if needed, a handout that explains how to recognize whether you have an Electrolux or Whirlpool appliance and what information you need for the hotline. It really doesn’t get any clearer than that...

IKEA-Freund3 Feb 2013 14:13Even though this is probably no longer relevant by now: there are numerous spare parts suppliers who offer parts and are clearly tailored to the needs of Ikea customers.
There, you can enter your 911989301/03 and will be directed immediately to the correct device. Under "pipes," you will find your drain hose...
Best regards,

Maverick18544 Feb 2013 06:27Hey IKEA fan....
Thanks for the link. You can find a wide range of spare parts there...
(I hope this isn’t self-promotion, right?)
