if the planning and choice of building materials are still open, I would be interested in more details. Is a building community of self-builders planned? I would prefer to build with wood chip blocks because the heat-storing walls can replace the main heating system by capturing a lot of useful solar thermal energy. Solar wall tempering, through the use of residual heat energy at temperatures below those of underfloor heating, provides an almost free basic heating of the living areas using a simple low-tech construction system. This approach can reduce both construction costs and maintenance expenses for the heating systems. Have a look on Google for wood chip blocks.

yes, we want to start a self-build community! At the moment, there are two of us. It would be great if a few more people join.
The choice of building materials can definitely vary at first, but you need, for example, a building material supplier, heating specialist, window manufacturer, etc.
And with these, you could negotiate price discounts based on volume! I experienced this myself with my sister; you can save a significant amount!
We want to build with Poroton bricks.
I haven’t heard of this "wood chip brick" yet, but I will look into it. Does anyone have experience with it?
