Hello everyone,

I would like to replace the slightly yellowed window handles on windows that have already been newly painted white. To avoid unattractive edges, the new handles should have the same dimensions and cover the same surface area.

I roughly measured about 34x70 mm (1.3x2.8 inches). However, it seems to me that there are quite different measurements from various manufacturers, and I am wondering whether these dimensions are always provided including or excluding the cover plate.

These handles are supposedly from Maco, but I cannot find similar dimensions from them.

Maybe someone can tell me if there is a standard size for this and with which manufacturers I can find white handles matching these measurements?

At FSB, I found a handle with very close dimensions (but those are quite expensive): 34 1004 09040 (rosette 32.5 × 70 × 10 mm (1.3 × 2.8 × 0.4 inches)).

Thank you

The cover is not the crucial part here, but the fastening. They will not all have the same spacing. The square section as well.
It’s best to remove one handle, measure it, and then look for a match.
(Or are they standardized?) 🙄
