I’ll admit right away that I’m not an expert on IKEA products. That’s probably why my recent IKEA experience didn’t go well. On Saturday, I bought the TV unit "Besta Adal" in white. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize there were two different screw lengths in the set. Well... you can probably guess what happened next: I used the longer screws and ended up drilling right through the drawer front. It’s really frustrating because there’s no way to cover it up. Today, I emailed IKEA to ask if it’s possible to order a replacement front. They advised me to visit the nearest IKEA store and check in person. Unfortunately, I was told there’s probably nothing that can be done. So now I’m stuck with the problem that I might as well throw the TV unit away if I can’t find a solution. But before I do that, I wanted to try my luck here. Do you have any tips on where I might be able to get a replacement front?
Best regards,
Christopher

it is definitely worth trying to check the bargain bin (possibly more than once).
