Hello everyone,
We are currently planning a new build and are a bit stuck when it comes to designing our future bathroom. We have already created or had some plans made, but none of them have really convinced us so far. Do you have any ideas?
For a rough orientation: The bathroom should include a larger washbasin, a toilet, a shower (preferably built-in or half-built), a bathtub, and ideally some space for a small shelf.
Thanks in advance!

The wall is 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) high. In front of the wall, there are flush tanks with a height of 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) and top-mounted controls. Then there is ceiling-high glass. We implemented something similar. The flush tank and shower drain are integrated into the partition wall, and the window glass only goes up to 2.20 meters (7 feet 3 inches) high, as does the entire partition, which is not ceiling-high. This makes ventilation and air circulation easier.H

This makes ventilation easier.I have the shower glass only 1.8 m (5 ft 11 in) high. That also works. It might be worth visualizing whether full height glass looks better. For better ventilation control, I would prefer full height. Ventilation through both the toilet and shower.*Sterntaler* schrieb:
which should preferably be avoided. This is usually avoided when you want to accommodate 4-5 people in one bathroom and still have some privacy during activities like showering.
Since you are planning a kids’ bathroom, this problem should not really occur. A toilet nowadays is no longer just an unsightly toilet room.

Also, I am not sure if 3.40m (11 ft) is enough for a toilet, shower, and washbasin. Of course, it is enough.
In a T-shaped layout, you would be looking from the toilet directly at a wall… which is not exactly appealing either.

With a T-junction, you look from the toilet onto a wall... which isn’t very appealing either. If that bothers you, you can always make the window wider and/or move it. Or use two narrow windows.
