ᐅ Looking for experiences with construction managers in the Hamburg/Ahrensburg area

HansT85Hello everyone,
Does anyone have good experience with construction managers in the greater Hamburg area, preferably near Ahrensburg? (male/female/diverse, of course)
It’s a rather small project:
In our 1930s single-family house, the entire electrical system needs to be replaced before moving in, hot water pipes installed, underfloor heating added in the living room, and possibly all walls painted. Later on, we also plan to convert the attic and carry out some other work, which I mention in case the prospect of follow-up jobs makes this more attractive.
We need someone to plan everything, coordinate the trades, and especially carry out the professional inspection and approval.
Since we have little technical or construction experience ourselves, we don’t want to take any risks and would like to hire a civil engineer or architect for this.
By the way, what do you think would be a rough cost for construction management for such a small project?

It is only a small project:
In our single-family house from the 1930s, the entire electrical system needs to be renewed before moving in, hot water pipes installed, underfloor heating added in the living room, and possibly all walls painted. Later on, there will also be an attic conversion and some other work, just mentioning in case the prospect of follow-up projects makes it more attractive. I don’t know any for f/d. If m is also acceptable, check out Ole Piepgras or Potthoff Engineers.
