ᐅ Looking for the correct handles for an IKEA kitchen model. Any suggestions?

Good morning everyone.

Almost two and a half years ago, I bought a new kitchen and chose the Korrekt folding handles at that time. Now, as I want to expand the kitchen due to a move, this choice is turning out to be a mistake.

By the time I reached the third or fourth piece of furniture or accessory, Ikea suddenly discontinued production without any notice. As if that wasn’t enough, it seems there are no handles that fit the drilling distance of 125mm (5 inches), so I can’t even properly replace my "old" handles without either drilling additional holes in the fronts or, sorry, buying new fronts altogether, which are quite expensive.

So, here is my request: I urgently need Korrekt handles! I need about six pieces. Please offer them! I am willing to pay well!

I also have a question about the handles: is it "normal" that the screws supplied for the ABSTRAKT fronts are rather unsuitable? The long screws are too long, the short ones too short, and sometimes the handles feel loose. I have already improvised by using washers with the long screws (which doesn’t look great at all *ugh*), but that can’t be the proper solution, can it?

Hello everyone,

I am also affected by this issue – I bought a new kitchen shortly before the handle series was discontinued and have now realized during renovation and extension that these handles are no longer available. I wanted to kindly ask here if anyone might still have such handles and would be willing to sell me some? Specifically, I urgently need the small, almost square ones – there were also elongated ones, which I have kindly been offered before, and sometimes these elongated ones can still be found online. But I have the small ones everywhere, and using the elongated ones would actually disrupt the overall look… so I haven’t given up hope yet. If anyone has 4, or preferably 6 or 8 of these handles in their basement or attic, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you very much.

Good evening.

The reply is years late, but maybe it still helps. It seems to be a relatively new product. BändlFix can apparently be adjusted to all drill holes.

It’s a matter of personal preference, but a very good alternative.

Best regards, Basti

Well, it seems to me that "BändlFix" originated from you—the nickname certainly fits the founder who is looking for investors through Startnext. After all, you already have a huge number of supporters, so of course you need to do a bit of promotion here as well.
