ᐅ Looking for a general contractor in Stuttgart for a multi-family residential building.

Good evening everyone,

We are currently planning to build a three-family house in Stuttgart (three stories, with a basement, total living area approx. 310 m² (3,340 sq ft)). The plot currently has a somewhat smaller house from the 19th century, also with a basement. A local architect has prepared a quick preliminary design for us with a very rough cost estimate. This includes the demolition of the old building as well as the construction of three new garages.

According to the architect, the total costs would be around 1.2 million euros, which seems relatively high to us.

Since we do not want to rely on just one architect for such a large amount, we are now looking for companies with experience in the construction and planning of multi-family houses. We would like to review the architect’s preliminary designs with them and obtain additional offers and cost estimates.

Does anyone have experience with companies in the region and can recommend any?
