we plan to start building in spring. It will be a pitched roof house.
We want to do as much as possible ourselves since we have some craftsmen in the family and have built two houses within the family in recent years. Therefore, we would also like to do as much as possible on the roof ourselves.
However, we have never worked on a flat roof before. It’s certainly not rocket science, but especially with a flat roof it needs to be done properly.
That’s why I am looking here for a skilled roofer who can assist me with our flat roof.
The plan is to use Alwitra membrane or the EPDM rubber membrane combined with tapered insulation.
