Hello,

we are looking for suitable cabinets for our utility room (Hauswirtschaftsraum) in the basement.

What we have already found:

Laundry tower (brand: Waschturm) – the washing machine and dryer are positioned side by side on an elevated platform, and directly below there is a small drawer to place the laundry basket.

What we are looking for:

We want to install a sink directly next to the washing machine and connect it to the washing machine’s water supply and drainage.

Right next to it (or integrated into one cabinet or cabinet system) there should be a work surface.

On another wall, larger cabinets should be installed for storage.

Which cabinets can you recommend that are affordable (since they will be in the basement) and include the function with the sink?

Either a kitchen unit from a clearance sale somewhere or IKEA kitchens...

It doesn’t need to be extremely sturdy or look perfect.

I thought any standard cabinet would work, but my problem was finding one that fits the sink.

It should be as inexpensive as possible.

Any type of sink cabinet!? I don’t think I understand the problem.

Otherwise, I’m a fan of Udden. Would that work? However, it’s only available second-hand now.

Just enter "sink cabinet" into a major search engine...

If a standard unit works for you. Otherwise, as mentioned, you can also find something like this at Ikea, for example the Knoxhult modular kitchen.

Thank you, a sink base cabinet like this is exactly what we were looking for.

Knoxhult is also very affordable (for a kitchen), it could be an interesting option.

Thank you very much for your help.
