Hello everyone, I am planning to install LED downlights in the living areas of our small 123sqm (1326 sq ft) single-family house.
My best friend, who is an electrician, recommended using high-voltage LEDs because then I wouldn’t need a transformer.
We have to install the downlights directly into the concrete ceiling since a suspended ceiling is not an option.
The mounting boxes for the LED downlights need to be slightly larger than those for halogen or regular lamps, and so far I only know of the Kaiser Halox O and Halox P boxes. Are there any more affordable alternatives?

I searched for a long time as well but couldn’t find anything. So, I had to bite the bullet and spend the money.
