zovima15Hello everyone,
On our reserved plot, a mixed-level construction is planned. This means the south side will have a ground floor plus an upper floor, while the north side will have only the ground floor. The whole building is designed as a staggered shed roof. This construction method aims to avoid casting a shadow on the neighbor to the north.
Do you have any ideas, links, or similar resources showing what a sensible floor plan for this type of design might look like? The main challenge is that the staircase has to be placed on the south side.
The plot is accessed from the south, and the main entrance should be on the east side to maximize garden space on the "large" plot (477 m² (5,130 sq ft)) toward the south.
Since this construction style is quite rare, I have found very little information online, so I am grateful for any ideas or suggestions!
Best regards

Under “solid construction houses” on the left, you will find the Studio Houses 2002. You can click on them individually and scroll down or go to the house offers.
However, the floor plan is less relevant since many aspects are customized.
Also, this is a regional solid construction builder from Hannover… of course, it’s unclear where you plan to build.
This should be taken only as a suggestion 🙂

Hello,
I am also interested in this type of construction and have exactly the same requirements and restrictions. My question is: Have you found any floor plans by now that meet your preferences?
My idea is:
Ground floor: Living/dining area + kitchen + small guest bathroom + guest room + utility room
Upper floor: Bedroom, children's room, bathroom
Best regards
