Hello,
we have purchased a house with a 500sqm (5400 sq ft) plot and are currently busy renovating. The property also includes a decent lawn area. We now need to buy a lawn mower. Do you have any recommendations... petrol, battery-powered, or corded electric? And if so, why? I don’t want anything fancy, just a practical tool to get the job done. Budget is max 300€.
Is there perhaps a great model you can recommend?
Thanks and best regards

Gasoline is good for large areas, possibly more maintenance? But stronger.
The device should definitely be able to collect leaves as well.
Thanks for your input.

Gardena, Husquarna are really great devices.Gardena units are currently failing in large numbers; since the acquisition by Husqvarna, they have become the cheaper offshoots. This is the observation from another forum.Husqvarna is definitely top quality, but he wanted to stay affordable.
And Worx, the last two model years have been very good for the price and offer more features.
