I can’t even read it. It’s too small, and I’m unable to zoom in.

I was just about to say the same... here you don’t pay by the pixel... that makes it less inviting to read... especially: what exactly is your question?

Hello @ductom,

Any architect can explain your questions to you effortlessly, and you will need an architect anyway for your construction project. Translating a complete development plan here in the forum, making it understandable for laypeople with examples, without knowing your specific questions, is beyond what a free forum can offer.

Very roughly: more than 600m² (about 6458 sq ft) is more than enough for a typical single-family house. If you want to build a four-story building, it will be tight on the plot since only two-story residential buildings are permitted.

Best regards

Our plot measures 19 meters (62 feet) wide by 33 meters (108 feet) deep. If you take a standard house footprint of about 9 by 11 meters (30 by 36 feet), would there be enough space to add a double garage next to the house?
