we have been quietly following for a while and are currently facing a problem.
Yesterday, the surveyors came to our sloped plot, and today we had a setback: the second engineering firm has already turned us down, and we are unable to obtain a soil report.
Does anyone here perhaps have a good tip or positive experience that we could benefit from?
