Hello everyone,

I would like to get some independent opinions. I have two plots to choose from: one has the garden facing east (No. 41), and the other faces southwest (No. 39, not marked in yellow, plot 42 has been sold). With an east-facing garden, you only get sunlight in the morning. Of course, you could position the house slightly to the right and build a corner terrace so you can still enjoy the evening sun, and alternatively, if it gets too hot, you could use the terrace behind the house. On the other plot, I think you would get direct sunlight from around midday until late evening. East is shown at the top of the image. Both plots are approximately the same size. What do you think?

Without knowing more, I would prefer the southwest-facing garden – you can also find many more "standard floor plans" for that orientation. But both can certainly be developed. How long and wide are the plots?

Approximately 15 x 32 meters (49 x 105 feet) each

How large is the house supposed to be approximately? 15 meters (49 feet) would leave only 9 meters (30 feet) for construction.

A few questions for you:
Which house looks nicer, the one under 39 or over 41, or what is behind them?
How were 40, 10, 11, and 12 built?
And 42, 17, 18, 19?
Any high-rise buildings, strange towers, or are there giant trees somewhere that block the light?
Where is the main road?
Is the whole area sloping in any direction?
Is the price the same?
Is there a view of a nuclear power plant or a high-voltage power line behind one of the plots?
Have you already met any neighbors who seemed friendly or unfriendly?
Maybe there are still some trees that could be preserved?

Lots 11 and 10 are still available. On lot 12, there is a townhouse, and on lots 17 and 10 as well. Lot 42 is still undeveloped. Lot 40 has 2 full floors with a pitched roof, no towers, and no large trees. Only a maximum of 2 residential units are allowed. The street is quiet and both lots are flat. The price varies slightly; for one of them, it might be necessary to work with a developer. There are no trees that need to be preserved. Only one neighbor is known on lot 12, and they seem friendly.

If it is a southwest-facing plot without a developer, choose that one.
