I have a problem that’s been causing me quite a headache with my LAGAN ceramic cooktop.
This afternoon, an electrician installed it, and I tried to use it for the first time just now.
However, as soon as I turn on a burner, there’s a pretty unpleasant smell coming from underneath. I tested all the burners, and it’s the same with each one. There’s no protective film left on the underside, and I have already wiped the surface several times.
Do you have any idea if this is normal, or could the cooktop be faulty? Has this happened to anyone else? I hope you can give me a quick answer...
