It depends on whether you want a ready-made solution or are looking for a new hobby 🙂 I mostly use Basalte or Control4, depending on the requirements. For my new build, I might use Basalte or Control4 with PEAKnx/Youvi, depending on how developed these are by then. Others like Eisbär (which is a bit costly), ioBroker (covers a lot and is easy to set up), or IP Symcon (popular among peers) as well. There are no universal recommendations. Wow, that’s a lot of research for me now 🙂 I don’t want to get too deep into it. Especially since a friend who’s quite skilled will do the programming for me 🙂 Is any of the visualization systems you mentioned compatible with both Android and Apple? I still refuse to switch to Apple.

So basically, I meant he is quite skilled when it comes to programming 🙂 He even programmed his own house. But he only knows that one software.

I agree that it doesn’t work with HomeKit. However, they do offer an app that provides "basic" functions on smartphones and iPads.

With Youvi, you can only use PEAKnx hardware, is that correct?
