ᐅ Kivik 3-seater sofa with recliner extension

Hello everyone,

I have a Kivik 3-seat sofa and would like to extend it on one side with a recliner so that the combination becomes a 3-seat sofa with a recliner.
Is it possible to do this afterwards, or can this only be done if you buy the combination as one piece directly?

Does anyone know about this?

You can purchase a chaise lounge separately. Take a look at the instructions; to me, it looks like a modular system. The chaise lounge available individually has the same part number as the one in the sofa-chaise lounge combination.
It might be more relevant to check whether the covers are dyed exactly the same (or if your existing sofa might already be slightly faded).

Yes, that’s true. I was also planning to get a completely new cover, as my Kivik 3-seater is already 4–5 years old and a new cover would be good.

At an age of 4-5 years, it is always possible that something has been changed. Therefore, compare with the assembly instructions to check if the fastenings are still the same or in the same positions.
