As a home builder, we always strive to be closely aligned with the wishes and ideas of our customers. After all, building a house is usually a once-in-a-lifetime event.
An important aspect of planning a house is the kitchen as the family’s central gathering place.
We would now like to know from you: Which layout do you prefer? An open kitchen with a view of the living/dining area? A closed kitchen with a spacious dining/play area for the whole family? Or a completely different option — for example, a large kitchen island as a social focal point?
We look forward to your ideas, wishes, and experiences, which we will take as inspiration for our work.

Sorry @11ant, but your posts you mentioned contain nothing but rambling. The only comment that can be considered your opinion is the one about the intermediate door. Yes, by now we know that you prefer to live separately with a door that can be closed well.
Otherwise, you dismiss every comment and opinion from us users here. Absolutely not nice or acceptable.

Other than that, you dismiss every comment and opinion from us users here. That’s absolutely neither polite nor acceptable.I almost forgot: ... with nasty accusations [emoji35]
I would like to try living in it temporarily. We are satisfied with having a closed kitchen, but we can’t judge how it would be if it were open.
From what I see in the pictures and also among people I know, the TV can basically be changed without a remote control.
I don’t understand how you can have 60 sqm (645 sq ft) and still have a sofa corner like in a two-room apartment?
Overall, I find it visually uninviting. But that’s just appearance. Living in it for a month would be interesting.

The sofa, at approximately 2.5 x 4.5 m (8.2 x 14.8 ft), is definitely not too small for us. The distance is the optimal viewing distance for a 65" TV. Additionally, we use the sofa and TV for about 5 hours per week. The dining table and kitchen area are at least twice as long. Therefore, we designed the living room around the kitchen rather than the TV.
I have a large kitchen with an island, a table, and plenty of space, and a separate living room. Despite this, I couldn’t really say which room my family and I spend more time in. Sometimes we're all in the kitchen, sometimes in the living room. So far, the children are still young, but I prefer it this way because we can all be in the same room if we want, but we don’t have to be. I don’t always have to keep an eye on the children either; if something happens, I can just walk a few meters (yards) to the living room. When they get older, there will be (and already sometimes are) more opportunities to split up if people have different needs regarding music, quiet, lighting, etc. A single room would bother me in that case. If someone is watching TV, I can’t comfortably bake or listen to music, for example, and there are many other possible combinations. You don’t have to retreat to an office or another floor. The separation of odors also works very well with a ventilation system and separate rooms, even with doors open. Furthermore, I am more the "eating and talking" type, not the "TV always on" type; I don’t want a TV in the kitchen or dining area. To me, the argument about “family” means having separate rooms. That said, it is a kitchen with a dining area, and the living room is more like a sitting/multimedia/playroom, which in our case is even significantly smaller than the kitchen.
