As a home builder, we always strive to be closely aligned with the wishes and ideas of our customers. After all, building a house is usually a once-in-a-lifetime event.
An important aspect of planning a house is the kitchen as the family’s central gathering place.
We would now like to know from you: Which layout do you prefer? An open kitchen with a view of the living/dining area? A closed kitchen with a spacious dining/play area for the whole family? Or a completely different option — for example, a large kitchen island as a social focal point?
We look forward to your ideas, wishes, and experiences, which we will take as inspiration for our work.

I think I may have posted these before.

I’m very interested in this example because it’s very close to our kitchen (which is planned to be purchased on December 29).
It would be great to know the measurement from the end of the kitchen island to the wall behind the dining table—that is, how much space is available there?
I’d like to compare that with our room layout.
Good luck,
Jan

It is exactly 320cm (10 ft 6 in). The distance between the table and the wall is 90cm (35 inches). Everything is very comfortable, but there should not be much less space.Thank you very much for the information. Although there isn’t much room for adjustment, we would appreciate opinions on our space layout.
Behind the dining table, there would be a glass front instead of a wall, but the current distance to the kitchen island is "only" 279cm (9 ft 2 in).
It shouldn’t be less than 120cm (47 inches) from the kitchen island to the opposite kitchen wall either.
