Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and hope that I am posting in the right section.

I have a rough idea and hope I haven’t missed a similar request.
I am looking for building partners to construct two or three row bungalows in the Hamburg area (including surrounding suburbs).
The plot is not yet secured. The bungalows should be age-appropriate (e.g., without a basement). They should not be too large either, with a living area of about 80sqm (860 sq ft) per bungalow.

Are there people with experience in this kind of project or even interested in a more detailed exchange? I would appreciate any advice and help.

Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards, Karusch

PS: I am not active on the forum every hour, so it may take a day for me to respond to any follow-up questions.

May I ask why you are looking for someone? There is no building plot / land, is there?

The property can be searched for together because the size is not yet determined. It depends on how many building partners we find.

Hmm, basically a good idea (the region also suits us 😉) – but first finding a number x of people, and then searching for the right plot of land for them? I think it makes more sense the other way around, or rather, "I have/know of a y-sized plot of land, from which we could develop something for x builders" – right?

We are glad that the idea is well received; we would also build with only one construction partner!

The land has not yet been acquired. The bungalows should be built to suit older residents (e.g., without a basement). They should not be too large either, with a living area of about 80sqm (860 sq ft) per bungalow.

What advantages or synergies do you expect from this approach?
