ᐅ Is the construction of tunnels allowed?

Good morning,
since I would like to have a garden shed later on, I’m wondering – which might be a bit… unusual – whether it is possible and allowed to have an underground passage built from the basement of the “main house” to the garden shed, ending there in a small trapdoor.
As a man, you sometimes come up with all kinds of crazy ideas 😉.

I imagine this is quite complex. It would be great if you could document it—for anonymity, of course, to protect against burglary. It certainly won’t be "allowed" if you don’t officially apply for a building permit / planning permission.

I think so too! But I also can’t see what could stand in the way of a successful building permit / planning permission application.

Maybe the fact that someone wants to keep such a tunnel secret?

Why should he worry about whether it is allowed if no one is going to find out anyway?
