Hello everyone,
there is one thing bothering me in our new build: a loud banging noise when the washing machine or dishwasher is running. I recorded it to show you and ask for your opinion.
One video shows the check valve on the heating system (air-to-water heat pump) and another one directly at the pressure reducer. In the kitchen, the water was simply turned on and then quickly shut off again.

Maybe the pressure is simply too high? What pressure is set, and what does the pressure reducer indicate?

I see the water meter in the lower right and then a pressure gauge, but where is the flow filter?

I think I don’t have one. Should I have had one? We built in 2016. I will talk to my construction company.
