Hello,
I find it problematic that only Mrs. Löhle is listed as the provider—no company is mentioned. However, it seems she works for the company Südwesthaus.

There is also an entry about the company in the feedback forum

https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/bauen-mit-suedwest-haus.1902/

and the user appeared to be satisfied. However, the navigation on their website does not work, so you can only see the first page with advertisements but cannot access further information.

I cannot say to what extent it is possible to build within the price range for the region. In principle, it should be feasible.

How should I say this? No one really knows what is actually inside the house.

Just a standard production house, basically.

Perhaps the point wasn’t entirely clear. It’s not about the property itself, but about the term “rent-to-own” concept. I thought something like this wouldn’t be offered in a reputable way, but I’m seeing more and more of these concepts. Is this a hidden scam?

Thank you

Maybe you should consider consulting an appraiser or a real estate agent if you are genuinely interested?

That’s actually a good approach if you’re unsure!

Beware of this company! They promise you heaven on earth until the contract is signed, but afterwards, they only want your money. Have everything checked before signing the contract, set a completion date for the construction, and make progress payments only after defect-free work has been delivered.

Customer service and defect remediation seem foreign to this company. Like many other homeowners, we will continue to push until all defects are resolved.

We built with this company and cannot describe this offer as reliable.
