ᐅ Is this a mold issue?

I hope some experienced people here can help me understand the situation: I have finally found a small house to rent for my family. The house was built in 1962 and seems to be in an acceptable condition. The landlord recently removed the wallpaper, and I had the chance to inspect the walls. I noticed some stains on the walls and therefore measured the humidity with a laser moisture meter. Attached are photos of the walls of one room along with the measurements. Since I can only upload 10 pictures, I am unfortunately unable to describe the condition of the basement and other rooms here. I would like to know if these values are normal or if I should be concerned about mold, especially because of the children.
