That’s pretty accurate! 😅 I guess a PLATSA-only hotline would be kind of funny – just imagine someone calling with a thousand questions about cabinet doors and room dividers!

A tip: you can also contact them by email if you’re not a fan of phone calls. It usually takes a bit longer, but you get a written response, which I personally find quite handy sometimes.
