Hello everyone,
our new exterior plaster seems very delicate to us. My husband lightly bumped it with the empty trash bin in one spot, and it chipped off immediately. The same happens with slight impacts when installing outdoor lights. The plaster feels quite soft.
Are there any standards or values for impact resistance? And how can this be tested?
We have Poroton bricks (no external thermal insulation composite system) and the plaster consists of three layers with full-surface reinforcement and is 3 weeks old.
Thanks to all of you.

I would have thought that everything should be dry and fully cured three weeks after applying the top coat? Really, the process isn’t finished yet? Yes, it is dry by then. And that doesn’t sound good.
