ᐅ Is the waterproofing of the foundation slab properly executed?

Hello,

we are currently building a house and I have a question about whether the waterproofing was done correctly. Shouldn't the black waterproofing coating be applied up to the insulation? Later, insulation was added at the base and secured with foam.
