MiCasaEsSuCasa4 Nov 2021 12:51Hello everyone!
Our topping-out ceremony is coming up soon, and after that, the structural shell will be completed. Next will be the installation of windows and interior finishing. When we ask about the timing of these stages, we get approximate timeframes, but always with the note that everything depends heavily on the weather at this time of year. Now we are wondering: once the roof is covered and the windows and doors are installed, the house should be weather-tight, right? So why are the interior works still so dependent on the weather?
Best regards

Why are interior works still so dependent on the weather?- Drying times during construction depend on the weather (even with heating)
- Some materials (and people) require a minimum ambient temperature for proper installation
- Logistically, storing materials can be more complicated in bad weather
