In the kitchen planner, under "tall cabinets," you can find both those intended for built-in appliances and those with pull-outs—once as a pull-out pantry cabinet and once as a cabinet with a hinged door and pull-outs behind it.
Once you understand the system, planning a kitchen with it is really easy. However, the planner is not suitable for custom solutions or special requests; those will likely need to be handled in person at IKEA.

HamburgFan7 Feb 2009 00:56Hey,
and if you find a good planner who has maybe even assembled a kitchen themselves, you get lots of great tips! Suddenly, a wine rack fits in, and the microwave fits in the upper cabinet (if you still have an "old" one), and so on. It's definitely worth going to the house and talking to the IKEA staff 😉
Which IKEA house do you have?
Maybe people can give you some recommendations!
