ᐅ Is the floor plan for a single-family house structurally feasible?

We have planned the floor layout of our future single-family house according to our wishes. However, before we consult an architect or structural engineer, I would like to ask here whether the floor plan is structurally somewhat realistic.

Exterior walls: 50 cm (20 inches) brick
Interior walls: 30 cm (12 inches) brick

The dimensions refer to the interior measurements (so without the brick thickness).
I have fewer concerns about the right side. But can the left side be realized as planned (without any extensive special constructions)?

Thank you very much for your help/opinions.

@nordanney: Do you know the rough price difference between a "standard" 4-meter (13 feet) brick wall (30cm (12 inches) thick) and a 4-meter (13 feet) concrete wall?

Sorry, no idea. It was planned that way from the start for us, so I didn’t have different price comparisons.

And regarding the 50cm (20 inches) exterior bricks... the plan is to avoid adding extra insulation layers. Let’s see what it actually ends up being 😉

This also works with 36.5cm (14.5 inches) bricks without applying additional insulation.

You’re creating a maze that can only be used as circulation space – that’s an expensive choice. If budget isn’t an issue for you, then it’s possible to do this; however, the corridors should be planned wide enough to accommodate cabinets for storage along the sides.

The pantry is already small; if you want to furnish one side with 60cm (24 inches) deep cabinets or appliances, the pantry should be at least 140cm (55 inches) wide, especially if you want to use it from both sides to increase the usable depth.

You have a utility room, a technical room, and a pantry.
Why not combine the pantry and utility room, enlarge the kitchen, and create more space for storage?

Nothing is shared here: the highlighted area is purely circulation space, basically a hallway. It only looks uniform from above because of the same flooring. After all, the staircase is closed off at the bottom by a wall.

I really like the design of the utility room and the access from the garage.

However, the hallway to the kitchen is too long, and the hallway from the kitchen to the seating terrace is also too long.

An external staircase is great—we have one too. But this one is enclosed and creates a long corridor that cannot really be used as living space because it is too narrow. It is barely over one meter wide (about 3 feet), while the kitchen is supposed to be 3 x 3 meters (about 10 x 10 feet) 🙁
