ᐅ Is this mold?

Hi everyone. I’m new here and quite inexperienced.
I’m wondering what those marks on the walls might be. Is it some kind of mold or just dirt? Is there an easy way to tell?

No, the facade would need to be properly cleaned first and then treated (application of new protective coatings). The latter are sometimes already included in the paint. After that, the cleaned facade is painted.

.. if you want to prevent algae growth, insulation and a larger roof overhang help.
