I am about to buy a new build from a developer.

Does it make sense to prepare for a photovoltaic system so that it can be installed later?

What exactly is needed for the preparation? Just an empty conduit?

We also need an empty conduit for the satellite dish. Both could possibly be combined into one conduit.

Even more practical than preparation is installing directly while the scaffolding is in place.
