I am about to buy a new build from a developer.
Does it make sense to prepare for a photovoltaic system so that it can be installed later?
What exactly is needed for the preparation? Just an empty conduit?

What do you need for preparation? Just an empty conduit? It definitely makes sense – we have two properly sized empty conduits running from the flat roof of the extension and from the attic of the main house to the utility room.H

we have a pitched roof. What would be a reasonable preparation?
How thick should the empty conduits be?
We also need an empty conduit for the satellite dish. Both could possibly be combined into one conduit.

We also need a conduit for the satellite dish; maybe both could go in one conduit. In our case, this was coordinated during the electrical installation. The specialist is usually the best person to know what is feasible and what is needed.Similar topics
