Hello,

We are considering planning for air conditioning preparation in our new build.

In which rooms does it make sense to install air conditioning?

We have a KfW 55 semi-detached house.

What needs to be done for air conditioning preparation?

The pipes must, of course, be properly sealed, not with the plastic caps that are sometimes supplied. O-rings are more suitable for the consumer sector, used in detachable quick connectors.

How do you install refrigeration lines retroactively into empty conduits? I imagine it gets quite challenging, especially when dealing with certain bends. We're talking about the standard copper pipes, right?!

Well, basically not at all, at least not when it comes to curves. It already becomes difficult with smooth-walled conduit pipes, not to mention flexible ones.
