During the heating system maintenance on our five-year-old building, it was found that the equipotential bonding is missing. No lightning conductor was detected.
Our house is from Heinz von Heiden. Do other Heinz homeowners know if they have something like this?
Is it necessary?
Was it mandatory 5 years ago, as our "new build" is that old?
