Hello,

I am surprised by the price of a multi-service connection that includes electricity, water, and telecommunications: €10,300. Can anyone tell me if this is realistic? The connections come from the street in front of my house, and the distance from the street to the utility room is about 22 meters (72 feet). I would appreciate any rough price estimates.

Best regards

Steep price! For 15 m (50 feet), we are being charged around EUR 4,800 for electricity, water, telecommunications, and Unitymedia.

Whether realistic or not... you don’t really have a choice, do you?

We paid around €4500 (about $4800) without a multi-utility connection, so everything was installed separately (electricity, water, gas, telecom).
The contracts always included 12 meters (39 feet); after that, it would have become expensive... but we are only 6 meters (20 feet) away.

Hello, without a multi-utility connection, we paid around 5000 € for 19 m (62 feet) of installation length for electricity, telecommunications, and water in Bavaria.
